3.2. Scope of Services
Services include event registrations, chess championships, Rubik’s Cube competitions, esports events, workshops, youth programs, sponsorship activations, gaming zone booking services, birthday party booking services, corporate event booking services and future marketplace platforms.
3.3 Website information
We use the website to describe our gaming-zone/FEC services, brand partnerships, events, championships, booking and partner opportunities. Content is provided for general information and may change. We do not guarantee that every description, schedule, availability statement or promotional item is current unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Prime Engage may operate quotation, booking and lead-generation platforms connecting users with venues, gaming zones and vendors.
3.13 Facilitator Disclaimer
RNX Prime Engage LLP acts solely as a technology facilitator. Prime Engage does not guarantee vendor pricing, availability, quality, safety, suitability or performance.
3.14 Vendor Quotations
Quotations are provided by independent vendors. Prime Engage is not responsible for quotation accuracy, pricing changes or vendor commitments.
3.15 Payments
Payments may be processed through Razorpay, UPI, Cards, Netbanking and other authorized payment providers. Additional terms of payment providers may apply.
3.16 Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Prime Engage Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3.17 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, designs, graphics, photographs, videos and software remain the property of RNX Prime Engage LLP or its licensors.
3.18 User Content
Users grant Prime Engage a non-exclusive right to use testimonials, photographs, reviews and submitted content for operational and promotional purposes.
3.19 Photography & Media Rights
Participants and guardians consent to photography, videography, livestreaming and use of event content for promotional, editorial and commercial purposes.
3.20 Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraud, impersonation, unlawful conduct, hacking, data scraping, abuse, harassment or disruption of services.
3.21 Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites or services, including registration, payment, social media, scheduling or messaging platforms. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Prime Engage is not responsible for their content or practices, except to the extent required by law.
